Just dont get it

I dont have an Apple Watch maybe thats why I dont get this app. I totally misunderstood what it suppose to do I thought I can enter my daily nutrition but I dont see how am fairly intelligent and computer literate $3.99 what a waste of money I still cannot fig out how it can track my sleep my exercise etc.
