First let me say, it does what I needed it to do, motivate me to form the habits I chose. However, for the price, I dont believe it has enough functions to be worth it. My number one problem with the app is the reminder function. It doesnt let you customize the number of times youre reminded throughout the day. My goal is to drink 108oz of water a day. So reminding me one time at 11am isnt really helpful, you know? Same goes for 10k steps, etc.
